Shipping is always free for orders over €59.

Our staff typically takes 1-2 business days, starting the day after your order, to prepare, pack, and hand it over to the courier.

We deliver throughout Italy with the following estimated times:

• Mainland Italy: 3 - 5 business days

• Remote areas and smaller islands: 5 - 7 business days

Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought exclusively before a competent court located in Italy.

COMMERCIAL TERMS

When you purchase an item, you agree to the following: (i) You are responsible for reading the full listing of the item/product/service before committing to purchase it; (ii) You agree to enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item/product/service when you commit to purchase and complete the checkout payment process.

The prices we charge for our services/products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to modify our prices for displayed products at any time and to correct any pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. The fee for the services and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged to your payment method.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

For any product, returns and refunds are not possible. Duealpha is committed to responding promptly in case of feedback and will do its best to resolve any disputes.
